As of today, almost all orders are shipped the same day if payment is made by 1 PM UK time, barring stock problems, with the majority of the rest going out the very next business day.

If there is a stock issue & we can’t get your seeds overnighted in, our customer service department will get with you via phone or email within 24 business hours to ask if you’d like to wait a few more days, choose a different seed or get a refund. We’re doing everything possible so that we don’t leave you hanging!

Better Customer Service

As far as customer service goes, it’s very different from a year ago. We’ve added new staff, we’ve opened up a US helpline so that our American cousins don’t have to make international calls & we’ve made it a rule that we don’t go home for the night until every single email and voicemail gets a response. It’s been challenging & it’s meant some overtime, but everyone seems to like the changes!
